Hey, my Name is Carson Lee Owner of Third Day Barber Shop. I Spent the first 15 years of my life raised in Muhlenberg County Ky; I now call Logan County my home.

My freshman year of high school I picked up a cheap set of clippers because an upper classman at our school was cutting hair and I thought it was cool. I absolutely butchered my brother’s hair. This is one of the many reasons he is one of my hero’s; If it wasn’t for him letting me cut his hair when I was 14, I wouldn’t be pursuing what I love today.

I moved to Logan County my sophomore year of high school and I was still unsure what I wanted to do the rest of my life. That was a huge decision. I decided I'd pick up metal Working. My dad helped me land a job welding and fabricating, and if you asked me then, I would’ve told you I was going to do it the rest of my life. But God had other plans. I welded all throughout my high school days, where I worked next to some of the biggest supporters I have to this day. Junior year I met the girl who changed my life forever, and I knew from the day I met her I was going to marry her.

I transitioned to a full time + position after high school. We Built our home and got married. My work to life balance was not ideal, and I wasn’t seeing her enough due to work. At that point I knew I was going to make a change. One random night I decided I was going to barber school.

I spent a year in barber school where I concentrated on my education and honed my skills. During that time, I found out I was going to be a father to a beautiful baby boy. I didn’t realize it then but all the previous events that happened led me to marrying my beautiful wife, becoming a barber, and having the gift of becoming a father.

Every experience we have faced, God has used to transition and transform us to the next phase. Because of Him, I started a faith-based barbershop. So, welcome to Third Day Barber Shop!
